I love to work with the moon phases, nourish my body from the inside out, and elevate my energy. I would love to show you what works for me!

My mission: I am here to guide, teach, and empower.

I help mystical babes** rediscover their power, align with joy, and connect to soul purpose, so that they can consciously create their most empowered life.

What led me to this work? I once read that, “Your ideal client is a former version of you.” Let me tell you about the former version of me: Extreme anxiety. Diagnosed PTSD. Addictions. Co-dependent. Insomnia. Insecure. No real sense of purpose. People-pleaser. Painfully shy. (The list could go on!)

A near-death experience led me on a quest to really start living my LIFE! I wanted to do all of the things I was too afraid to do, was told I couldn’t do, or didn’t believe I could do. Enter getting my first tattoo, traveling out of the country by myself for a yoga retreat, enrolling in The Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and embarking on receiving my Reiki Certifications.

Me, today: No longer giving anxiety, PTSD, or addictions power over me. I’m Confident, Independent, Powerful, Joyful, and Purposeful. Reiki is just one piece of the pie, but it started there and it’s a huge part of my everyday practice to this day. And all of this is not to say that “I’m done” with challenges. I have moments of suffering. But I no longer give the suffering my power. I live my life awakened. I use my power, to empower.

My certifications: Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Akashic Records Practitioner, Flower Therapy Healer, Integrative Health Coach, Registered Yoga Teacher 200hr, Certified NGH Hypnotist and Kundalini Activation Practitioner.

Note: Due to the intimate nature of my home studio, I primarily work with women. I will accept appointments for men by referral basis or virtually.
